Within our botanical garden, we cultivate unique delicacies: the vegetables and products that best represent our opulent and authentic natural environment, far from smoggy and polluted urban centers. The freshness and quality of our home-grown products can immediately be distinguished from the products that are the result of intensive agriculture, simply because they are produced… more naturally. Everything is different: from the colors to the perfumes and obviously, the taste. The multicolor chard, the Roman artichoke, the Catalogna chicory, the red onion of Tropea, the bell pepper red horn, the red tomato in many variations and the Roman zucchini, are only a few of the numerous specialties that are grown with extreme care by Esdra’s expert botanists. The latter make the most of the environmental and climatic conditions to ensure an optimal production of our regional delicacies.
